Brigitte has over 20 years of experience, of which more than 15 years have been in the field of people and strategy. She has worked across various industries to drive strategic initiatives and foster a positive organisational culture. Brigitte is passionate about creating inclusive environments where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.
Brigitte joined CCLA in July 2023 and has built up the HR function into a strategic partner to the business. Prior to joining CCLA, Brigitte held chief of staff functions at G-Research and UBS Asset Management, supporting CEOs and C-suite executives in delivering organisational strategy and transformational projects.
Brigitte holds a Masters degree in tax law, law and professional teaching as well as several certifications in leadership and communication topics.
