The objective of our property funds is to construct a diversified portfolio of well-located properties with high-quality tenants where income is attractive and secure.
We look for assets with prospects of real increases in rental income and capital value over time. We prefer those with above-average rents, and specialise in properties with relatively short leases, as these allow us to begin the work of improvement at an early date.
