Director, Governance and ESG Integration
David is responsible for the development of CCLA’s proxy voting policies and corporate governance stewardship programme. Additionally, he manages CCLA’s implementation of ethical and responsible screening.
David joined CCLA in 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience in the corporate governance industry. He previously worked at Pensions Investment Research Consultants, a leading proxy adviser, where he helped institutional investors build their approach global governance based on local market best practices and sector norms. He implemented those guidelines through investors’ proxy voting activities.
He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science.
