Property Fund Manager
Gerard divides his responsibilities between the COIF Charities Property Fund and the Local Authorities’ Property Fund.
Gerard joined CCLA in August 2005 as an asset manager in the property team. He graduated in New Zealand in 1990, with a degree in commerce specialising in valuation and property management. He qualified as an associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers in 1992. He practised as a registered valuer, a property manager, and in commercial agency in New Zealand.
He moved to UK in 1998 and he qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2000. Gerard first worked at Nelson Bakewell for five years, before moving to Industrious Asset Management and its successor Brixton plc for two years.
