Property Fund Manager
Jamie divides his responsibilities between the COIF Charities Property Fund and the Local Authorities’ Property Fund.
Jamie joined CCLA in December 2021. For the previous 6.5 years, Jamie worked at Orchard Street Investment Management, focusing on large scale refurbishment and development projects for intuitional clients. Previously Jamie was a Fund Manager at ING Real Estate, where he managed various closed ended core plus funds, as well as managing the asset management team for ING’s flagship open ended pooled fund - Lionbrook.
Jamie gained a BA (Hons) in politics at the University of Sheffield in 1999, before going on to obtain a MSc in real estate from the University of Reading and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2005.
