Property Fund Manager
Matthew divides his responsibilities between the COIF Charities Property Fund and the Local Authorities’ Property Fund.
Matthew joined CCLA in September 2019. For the previous 12 years, Matthew was Fund Manager for the Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund, an actively managed cross-sector property Fund, which in 2017 and 2018 won MSCI/IPF awards for the highest performing balanced property fund.
Matthew gained a BSc (hons) from the University of Portsmouth and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1998.
