Head of Property
Paul is responsible for managing CCLA’s property funds and the management of the direct property assets held.
After graduating in 1986, with an honours degree in land administration, Paul joined CCLA in February 1988. He has considerable experience in managing property funds and property assets, and has been extensively involved in the management of CCLA’s three property funds.
Paul took on direct fund management responsibilities in 1999. He was appointed Head of Property at CCLA in April 2003, when he also became manager of the Local Authorities’ Property Fund, overseeing its development and substantial growth in funds under management.
